1. License Grant
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal, non-commercial use of the Application.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
We take children's privacy very seriously. Our app is designed to be safe for children and does not require users to create accounts or provide any personal information.
The app itself does not collect, store, or process any personal data such as names, email addresses, precise location data, photos, or any other information that could identify a user.
The app uses third-party services for limited purposes:
- Firebase Analytics is used only to collect anonymized and aggregated information about how the app is used (for example, which game configurations or modes are launched). This data is used solely to improve the app’s stability and user experience and does not include any personal information.
- Google AdMob is used to display advertisements. All ads are configured to be non-personalized and suitable for children. No behavioral tracking or personalized advertising is used.

Analytics and advertising-related technical data may be processed by Google through Firebase Analytics and AdMob for analytics reporting, ad serving, limited measurement, and fraud prevention, in accordance with Google’s policies. The app does not share user-provided personal information (such as names, emails, phone numbers, messages, or precise location) with other third parties. The app does not use any form of cross-app tracking and does not use the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Beyond Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob as described above, the app does not collect user or device data for any additional purposes, and no additional uses are planned.
4. Purchases and Payments
The Application contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the developer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Terms of Use and Apple EULA
Before using the Application, the user must agree to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
